Senior IT PMO
Group Shared Services (GSS) The Bank’s entire operations are managed by GSS and are headed up by the Chief Operating Officer. The role holder will report to the IT Business Manager and oversee overall IT Project Management Methodology with project status and prioritization reporting to GSS and Wider Bank Senior Management.
Large number of projects (circa 150 per year) running at any one time all varying in size which need to be managed. Multiple monitoring and tracking systems rather than one consolidated place.
- Education: University Degree
- Years of experience: 7-10 : senior
- Experience required: Experience as a Senior PMO on complex business transformation programmes. In depth understanding of planning, RAID, Governance Processes (including programme board support), reporting, budget management/forecasting, business case creation and validation including benefits management and change control. Successful track record of thinking strategically, highlighting risks and barriers to the successful deliver of programme outcomes and benefits. Practical ability taking decisions on reporting quality and MI enhancements, challenging reports within Strong analytical, accounting and budgeting skills Experience in working in a multi-location/international environment Supplier and stakeholder management
