Mission:

In the context of the Business Change Management unit, the role will be responsible to lead project portfolios and/or single projects. The projects scopes will be cross functional, covering mainly Operations and client documentation department

Challenges:

Manage cross business project involving next to IT several different stakeholders. Additionally work with our external partners.

Main Responsibilities:

Overall project main tasks:

Projects launch :

  • Define clear scope
  • Forecast ex-ante project delivery benefits and ROI
  • Stakeholders mapping and management
  • Maintenance of efficient and positive relationships with all stakeholders
  • Identify and measure project risks
  • Oversee the budgeting process
  • Resources planning and management
  • Build and maintain KPIs and KRIs

Projects monitoring :

  • Assess and document project change requests for Change Board review
  • Prevent deviation of projects from initial target and scope
  • Reassess needs and targets (resources, goal, stakeholders)
  • Ensure stakeholders and sponsors involvement and commitment throughout life of the projects
  • Publish project reporting destined for upper management and Executive, with  a risk-based approach
  • Identify and report project conflicts

Projects closure :

  • Measure and publish ex-post benefits and ROI
  • Ensure alignment with initial requirements and document scope changes
  • Gather sign off and buy in from customers
  • Collect and formulate lessons learned among all stakeholders, ensure application for next projects

At least 5-years' experience in a similar role in financial services, experience in private banking will be a plus.

Fluent in English, advanced knowledge in French
