Communication Officer

Description

Managing UBP’s image and reputation. Positioning UBP as a key player in Wealth Management and Asset Management. Build strong employer branding. Promote Bank’s expertise internally and externally.

Challenges

Ensure a consistently high service performance is delivered.

Main responsabilities

Organising and managing high-quality staff and client events independently

Creating and editing internal communication in English

Managing intranet and website updates

Production of data and metrics reports of various activities

Supporting the overall marketing & communication strategy

Providing administrative support to the Corporate Communications team

Assisting the team with bigger events and projects

Supporting and maintaining investment publications and suite of marketing collateral

Contribution to digital marketing initiatives

Award submission support in content coordination

 

 

Education

  • Education: High School/ Maturité / Baccalauréat

Experience

  • Years of experience: 0-3 : beginner
  • Experience required: Experience in Event Management
  • Experience in private banking: Optional

Language

  • English: Fluent
  • German: Fluent
  • French: Intermediate

Personal skills

  • Swiss resident: Mandatory

Strong communication / interaction skills (team player) Highly motivated and good sense of responsibility Structured, efficient, reliable and proactive way of working
