Description

The Bank’s entire operations are managed by COO Division and are headed up by the Chief Operating Officer. It strives to provide both in-house and external clients with a first-rate service to ensure our business operates efficiently and at the best possible cost. The COO division comprises Operations, Finance, Information Management, Human Resources and Logistics. Mission

Oversee and manage the processes, standards, and initiatives related to critical data and data quality within the bank. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that data is accurate, reliable, and meets the required standards.

Main responsibilities

As part of the Data Governance Office, the Critical Data and Quality Analyst will be a key actor in the success of our Data Strategy.
Implement and develop data quality standards, procedures and best practices.

Ensure compliance towards standards and norms defined by the bank for critical data.

Drive the data quality management process defined by the bank and ensure adherence across all business units.

Closely work with cross-functional teams, including IT, to identify and address issues related to the bank's critical data and work proactively to resolve them.

Coordinate the data quality management issues resolution with the various stakeholders involved in the data governance.

Closely work with data owners, stewards and custodians and drive the agenda of operational meetings to oversee the data quality management framework.

Produce monthly dashboards to monitor data quality across the bank.

Closely work with the risk management and compliance department to track main risks related to critical data.

Education

  • Education: Master Degree

Experience

  • Years of experience: 7-10 : senior
  • Experience required: 8+ years of experience in the field of data quality management, data management and data governance Good understanding of regulatory requirements, including the latest Finma changes on critical data Exposure to tools used to support data management including data profiling and data quality Strong Banking / PB / WM background to understand the data models / data sources and interfaces Experienced project manager
  • Experience in private banking: Mandatory

Language

  • French: Mother Tongue
  • English: Fluent

Personal skills

  • Swiss resident: Mandatory

Teamworking skills. Written and verbal communication skills. Very good stakeholder management with the experience in leadership and driving steering action plans Analytical thinking 100% profile (full time)
