Description

The Bank’s entire operations are managed by COO Division and are headed up by the Chief Operating Officer. The COO division comprises Operations, Finance, Information Management, Human Resources and Logistics. Challenges

Critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity and compliance of the bank's data.

Main responsibilities

  • Execute data remediation strategies by identifying, analyzing, and resolving data issues within the banking systems.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement data cleansing and data migration strategies.
  • Collaborate with various teams to develop and implement data quality improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct detailed data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and root causes of data discrepancies or anomalies.
  • Develop and maintain data remediation plans, including timelines, milestones, and progress tracking.
  • Design and implement data validation procedures to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data remediation efforts.

Education

  • Education: Bachelor Degree

Experience

  • Years of experience: 0-3 : beginner
  • Experience required: at least 1-year' experience in a similar position in the banking sector
  • Experience in private banking: Optional

Language

  • French: Fluent
  • English: Fluent

Personal skills

  • Swiss resident: Mandatory

  • Solid organization and time management skills
  • Strong attention to details
  • Data analysis skills
  • Express opinions and criticism in a constructive way
