    L’Union Bancaire Privée, UBP SA (UBP) annonce ce jour avoir conclu deux accords exclusifs avec Société Générale aux termes desquels l’UBP procédera à l’acquisition des activités de banque privée de Société Générale basées en Suisse (Société Générale Private Banking Suisse), ainsi que de celles basées au Royaume-Uni et dans les îles Anglo-Normandes (SG Kleinwort Hambros). Les deux transactions devraient être finalisées d’ici à la fin du premier trimestre 2025.
