Mission
Technologist with both functional and technical expertise in the field of WM Client Data management & WDX implementation acting as Technical Analyst /Project Manager.
Challenges
The job holder will be the key contact for the client data management transformation projects, liasing with the main stakeholders within the bank (operations, compliance, client management, IT..).
Main responsibilities
As a service owner in the IT department, the successful candidate will partner with the business and IT stakeholders to:

Able to animate workshops with Technical and Business/Support Functions

Define clear scope, requirements and specifications

Implement the technical solution respecting the bank’s software lifecycle

Plan and manage IT resources, sometimes in partnership with external vendors

Manage the project and make sure project status, financials and project teams are up to date on project deliveries

Manage & monitor the project deliverables

Bachelor Degree

Technical skills:
At ease with Waterfall and Agile methodologies
Experience

Years of experience:
+10 : senior

Experience required:
Ability to monitor and track progress of the activiites rigourously.
Mandatory experience in the Finance industry.
Proven experience 10-15 years in the maintenance and implementation of solutions.
Ability to work with an external vendor.
Ability to manage technical resources.
Knowledge of the regulatory environment (EU, Swiss).
Ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams.
Ability to interact with the business team, understand their needs and prioritze the work of the team.
Communicate to the business ( deadlines,...).
