Mission
The Institutional Client Division of Union Bancaire Privée is seeking a highly skilled individual to oversee the onboarding and management of wholesale client relationships and rebate processes.
Challenges
This role is pivotal in negotiating and managing distribution and retrocession agreements, ensuring compliance with terms, and overseeing accurate and timely financial transactions.
Main responsibilities
Oversight of Global Distribution Network:
Negotiate and manage retrocession and distribution agreements with external partners.
Validate and implement agreed terms in systems accurately.
Review periodically agreements, distribution strategies and associated processes to identify opportunities for optimization.
Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and policies throughout the distribution network.
Financial Management and Reconciliation:
Calculate and ensure the accuracy of accounting provisions in cooperation with Group Finance.
Perform reconciliations and controls to ensure accuracy and completeness of retrocessions.
Process retrocession payments accurately and on schedule.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Report on key performance indicators such as sales volume and profitability.
Conduct periodic reviews of retrocession agreements and distribution strategies to identify optimization opportunities.
Contribute to ad-hoc assignements and projects within the Asset Management Institutional Client Service team.

Experience required:
5-7 years of relevant Asset Management experience
Knowledge of investment solutions across the asset class spectrum and relevant industry regulation.
