Zuvor war sie zudem in verschiedenen Führungsfunktionen im Investmentbanking bei HSBC in Paris und bei Paribas in Moskau tätig. Nadège Lesueur-Pène hat je einen Master in russischer Philologie der Langues’O und in internationalem Management der ESCP-EAP. Sie studierte Politologie am Institut d’études politiques (IEP) in Paris.
