Im August 2024 kam Teresa Lee zur UBP und wurde zum Head for North Asia and Chief Executive Hong Kong ernannt. Sie leitet von der Niederlassung Hongkong aus die Entwicklung der Geschäfte in der Region Nordasien, die auch Festlandchina, Hongkong, Taiwan und die Philippinen miteinbezieht.
Ihre über 20-jährige Karriere in der Vermögensverwaltung ist von einer nachgewiesenen Erfolgsbilanz als Unternehmensgründerin in Asien geprägt. Bevor sie zur UBP stiess, war sie in mehreren renommierten Finanzinstituten in Führungspositionen tätig. Zuletzt war sie bei Bank of Singapore als Head und in der Folge als Vice-Chair of Greater China für die bedeutende Expansion der Geschäftstätigkeit zuständig. In früheren Anstellungen war sie Head of Relationship Management, China bei Standard Chartered sowie Team Head bei ABN Amro Private Bank.
Teresa hat einen Bachelor-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft der University of Technology Sydney.
