Antes de integrar a UBP em 2015, foi Diretora do segmento de Mercados Emergentes no departamento de Gestão de Patrimónios no BNP Paribas (Suíça). Desempenhou ainda funções de banca de investimento de alto nível no HSBC em Paris e no Paribas em Moscovo. Nadège Lesueur-Pène tem um mestrado em Filologia Russa da Langues’O, um mestrado em Gestão Internacional da ESCP e estudou Ciência Política na Sciences Po.
