Nadège Lesueur-Pène è entrata in UBP nel 2015 con l’incarico di gestire i team Wealth Management per i mercati emergenti e l’Europa orientale, prima di diventare responsabile del Wealth Management per la regione dei mercati in via di sviluppo, che comprende Europa orientale, America latina, Israele, Medio Oriente, Africa e Turchia. La sua base è Ginevra ed è membro del Comitato esecutivo e del comitato di pilotaggio per la sostenibilità.

Ha cominciato la sua carriera presso Paribas Mosca in qualità di condirettrice dell’ufficio di rappresentanza. Dopo cinque anni di finanza internazionale in HSBC Parigi è rientrata nel gruppo BNP Paribas, questa volta in Svizzera, dove si è occupata prima di finanza strutturata, poi di Wealth Management alla guida del team CIS ed Europa centrale e orientale, e infine supervisionando i mercati di Medio Oriente, Africa, Turchia e America latina.

Ha conseguito un Bachelor e un Master in filologia Russa all’Istituto di lingue e culture orientali di Parigi (Langues’O), un doppio Master in management internazionale all’ESCP–EAP e ha studiato sovietologia a Sciences Po, Parigi.
