瑞士的学徒制模式让双方都受益匪浅。对年轻人而言，它为职业生涯提供了高质量的起点，既能承担实际责任，又能获得公认的资格证书；对银行而言，它则为银行培养了一支可靠的、技术娴熟的员工队伍。

6月，UBP再次参加了覆盖全瑞士的“骑车上班”挑战赛。88名参与者分成23支队伍，热情洋溢地骑行，累计骑行里程达18,500公里。  

UBP足球队在日内瓦企业足球协会锦标赛中夺得了D组冠军，这得益于球队在本赛季展现出的团队精神、韧性和决心。

UBP在今年上半年实现了稳健增长。这家总部位于日内瓦的银行得益于管理资产规模的显著增长，其净利润同比飙升40.4%，达到1.694亿瑞士法郎。

To fund its sailing adventures for youngsters recovering from cancer, Léman Hope runs the corporate challenge Swim4Lemanhope where volunteers swim in relay to raise awareness and money. UBP participated again this summer, both in Lake Geneva and in Lake Zurich.
