Over the years, the Bank has accumulated a number of works of art, including posters, lithographs, engravings, and oil and watercolour paintings.
In just over two weeks, 170 works from UBP’s art collection which were up for sale found a new home. Thanks to the strong interest among Geneva-based UBP staff, this sale allowed us to raise funds for the Cansearch foundation.
Cansearch finances research projects at Geneva University Hospital’s Pediatric Haematology/Oncology Unit (part of the Child and Adolescent Department).
The remaining works of art that went unsold will be donated to schools, hospitals and other public institutions.
