If you’re about to finish secondary school or you completed it recently with excellent results, and if you are interested in economics, finance and banking and would like to start an apprenticeship, then look no further. We look forward to receiving your application and supporting your career plans.

Apprentices work in several of UBP’s departments, which gives them a valuable overview of the banking sector and enables them to learn a variety of skills that will serve them throughout their careers.

An apprenticeship leading to a Federal Certificate of Proficiency in Commercial Business – Banking Sector, with or without a Federal Vocational Baccalaureate, starts in August and lasts for three years. It comprises the three following elements:

  • You divide your time between: Professional business school, CYP and UBP

  • It includes 10 internships with various teams

  • You get support and supervision from experienced professional trainers to acquire professional skills and experience

  • You obtain a Federal Certificate of Proficiency in Commercial Business – Banking Sector, with or without a Federal Vocational Baccalaureate

A company’s success relies on its employees’ skills. We will give you the tools, knowledge, and training to succeed in the banking world and beyond. UBP has a strong record of support to apprentices during their training and they have a high exam success rate.
