As promised, lead ballet dancer Steven McRae came back to Lausanne with a star-studded cast of dancers and musicians a year after the first Ballet Sauvage, a unique and breath-taking open-air performance by the lake. UBP was a sponsor and hosted a selection of clients and prospects.
The guests convened in the exquisite gardens of Centre Général Guisan in Pully in the early evening for an evening which also included a chance to meet and talk to the artists.
The show, with the stunning views of Lake Léman and the Alps for a backdrop, featured a prestigious cast of dancers from London’s Royal Ballet, the English National Ballet and the Zurich Ballet accompanying Steven McRae. Award-winning Scandinavian musicians provided the music, a mixture of classical favourites and new creations in a programme designed specially for this event.
During the ‘meet & greet’ afterwards, the guests were still buzzing. ‘The world-class musicians and incredible dancers gave us an exceptionally beautiful and powerful performance. We are infinitely grateful to have been given access to it,’ said one.
This sort of exclusive event is a key element in building strong and lasting relationships between bankers and their clients through shared memorable experiences.
