Mission
As a Business Analyst , your mission is to contribute to the enhancement of our eBanking platform. Your role will be to gather requirements and design or future eBanking
Main responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders from various business units to understand and document requirements for the eBanking platform including regulatory topics.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory standards.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, leading workshops and facilitating communication and ensuring project deliverables meet expectations.
- Assess the feasibility and potential impact of proposed enhancements to the eBanking platform, providing insights into risks and mitigation strategies.
- Monitor the performance of the eBanking platform and identify opportunities for optimization based on user feedback and market trends.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and technological advancements in digital banking
- UX design (wireframing and/or design) knowledge
