The Bank’s entire operations are managed by COO Division and are headed up by the Chief Operating Officer. The COO division comprises Operations, Finance, Information Management, Human Resources and Logistics. Mission
Manage autonomously development projects (End-User-Computing portfolio). Provide high-quality support and maintenance to ensure business continuity, or to adapt to the newly implemented security and IT policies
Main responsibilities
- Manage autonomously business development projects (End-User-Computing) including analysis, requirements gathering, coordination activities and high-quality development and testing
- Ensure quality technical support for the existing business applications portfolio, ensure necessary maintenance with respect of bank releases
- Work closely with Information Technology and security to ensure adequacy with bank's solutions and policies
- Stakeholders management - motivate and ensure business involvement, challenge stakeholders vision and promote innovative solutions
- Ensure full and compliant documentation (functional and technical) of every application
- Actively participate to team development strategy
- Support various technical analysis related as per business request and project needs
- Work closely with the Reporting team in data analytics
- Participate in processes review to create efficiencies in the Operations teams

- Education: Bachelor Degree
- IT Tools: Acces/VBA (mandatory senior level), SQL (mandatory senior level), C# (ASP.NET/MVC), UI Path (RPA) i
Experience
- Years of experience: 3-7 : intermediate
- Experience in private banking: Preferred
