Prima di entrare in UBP, ha lavorato per Swiss Life Asset Managers a Zurigo come specialista senior di prodotti per le infrastrutture private e per Partners Group a Zugo, dove si è occupata nuovamente di marketing dei fondi, raccolta di fondi e relazioni con gli investitori per soluzioni infrastrutturali private. Prima di trasferirsi in Svizzera, ha lavorato per sette anni nel settore delle relazioni con gli investitori azionari a Londra.
Ha conseguito un Bachelor di ricerca (Hons) in scienze politiche presso l’Università di Leeds e ha completato il Certificate in Investor Relations presso l’Investor Relations Society di Londra.
