Description
The Bank's entire operations are managed by COO Division and are headed up by the Chief Operating Officer. Mission
Set-up, amend and manage client Fees exceptions. Be familiar with the Fee Activity and understand the Fee Application. Be able to set-up and amend Client Fees Exceptions, based on requests received from RM's.
Main responsibilities
Main duties
- Set-up, amend and manage client Fees exceptions based on RM's requests.
- Perform appropriate 4 eyes validation of requests performed by other members
- Perform appropriate follow-ups on outstanding fee setups or requests
- Create and maintain fee exception templates
- Manage and follow-up on daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Manage and follow-up on quarterly billing tasks, including but not limited to use cases and manual billing exceptions
- Manage the accruals calculation, booking and invoicing for externally booked clients or similar.
- Take part in the bank's repricing initiatives and other projects impacting the Tariff team.

Education
- Education: High School/ Maturité / Baccalauréat
- Technical skills: At ease with Microsoft Office Software especially Excel
Experience
- Years of experience: 3-7 : intermediate
- Experience required: Knowledgeable in Finance, specifically on the trading and custody chains. Basic financial products knowledge required.
- Experience in private banking: Optional
Language
- French: Mother Tongue
- English: Fluent (German speaking is a plus)
