UBP’s ICC sponsorship gathers momentum

UBP’s ICC sponsorship gathers momentum

It’s full steam ahead for cricket, with youth and women’s fixtures growing and attracting fans.

Building on the successful collaboration during last summer's Cricket World Cup 2019, UBP is pleased to continue its partnership with ICC in 2020. Once again, there is a packed cricketing calendar ahead with a number of exciting matches and tournaments planned.

The year started with the U19 ICC World Cup in South Africa, which was full of excitement for the next generation of cricket players and fans. As women's cricket continues to grow and attract increasing interest, UBP is looking forward to following the T20 Women’s World Cup in Australia in February and March. These matches will highlight who to watch out for as the key teams and players battle it out for places in the 2021 Women's Cricket World Cup in New Zealand. In October and November, the ICC T20 Men’s World Cup will see thousands of fans turn out at Australia’s major cricket grounds.

This partnership with the ICC has already helped UBP to raise awareness of its brand in key target markets such as NRI, the UK and Asia. With their shared values of professionalism, expertise and dedication, cricket and UBP are a natural fit. Our deepening links with the ICC through this sponsorship are providing us with an excellent way to entertain existing as well as prospective clients. At the same time, we get to show our support and commitment to a sport with a huge global audience.
