Kier 于 2020 年 4 月加入瑞联银行，现时为 UBP 另类投资方案联席主管和首席投资官，拥有逾 25 年的丰富经验。

在加盟前，Kier 效力于环球资产管理（GAM AG）长达 20 年，曾分别负责两项高层管理职务，第一是另类投资主管，领导由11位投资专家组成的团队，为机构和超高净值家族办公室管理全权委托投资组合；第二是从 2018年起担任该公司的私人客户与慈善团队的主管，为主要驻于欧盟和亚洲的客户提供多元资产方案。在此之前，Kier 于 1994 - 2000  间驻于伦敦，出任 City of London Investment Group 投资总监，负责管理新兴市场股票委托组合。

Kier 获授予经济学士学位和硕士学位，也为英国特许金融分析师协会（CFA Society of the UK）的成员。
