Description

The Bank’s entire operations are managed by COO Division and are headed up by the Chief Operating Officer. The COO division comprises Operations, Finance, Information Management, Human Resources and Logistics. Mission

Processing and Monitoring of Cash, Securities and Fund Reconciliations for the Operations Department, working closely with other teams, departments to resolve open investigations.


Main responsibilities

  • Reporting of Reconciliations activity to senior management. 
  • Assist team head in seeking improvements opportunities on current processes. 
  • Seek opportunities to improve current processes and reporting. 
  • Identify risk areas and propose solutions. 
  • Maintain high quality standards.
  • Process Cash, Securities and Fund reconciliations.
  • Understand the different Operations processes and products.
  • Perform reporting to teams, management and UBP branches.
  • Internal support to the different departments of the bank on Reconciliations area.
  • Participate in all the projects related to Reconciliations.
  • Identify risk and escalate when appropriate.
  • Manage flows and set-up in main Reconciliations system.


Education

  • Education: Bachelor Degree
  • IT Tools: Proficient in Excel and all MS Office tools

Experience

  • Years of experience: N/A
  • Experience in private banking: Preferred

Language

  • English: Advanced
  • French: Advanced

  • Swiss resident: Mandatory
