UBP Asset Management (Europe) S.A. is a Management Company authorised under Chapter 15 of the Law of 17 December 2010 relating to undertakings for collective investment (the “2010 Law”) and an Alternative Investment Fund Manager authorised under the Law of 12 July 2013 (the “AIFM Law”), which manages undertakings for collective investment subject to Part I of the 2010 law and other types of funds which qualify as alternative investment funds.
Mission
As an oversight officer, starting your career, you'll be involved in the controls and supervision of the delegated accounting, audit and tax activities, helping to reinforce and enhance the way we operate and meet our regulatory obligations.
Main responsibilities
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer of UBP Asset Management (Europe) S.A. whose main responsibility is the supervision of delegated functions, including fund administration, depository, fund related service providers, information technology, audit, finance and tax for the funds under management and the management company. This supervision covers UBP Group entities as well as external service providers.
In this role, you'll become a key team member in strengthening the existing audit, financial and tax control framework in place for the management company. You will also work closely with the team and be integrated in the activities identified as synergies and efficiencies around your role.
Your main responsibilities will be the following:
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders involved in deliverables on audit, accounting and tax matters;
- Oversee and formalize the controls performed for records and reporting to the internal governance bodies;
- Support and contribute to the enhancement and optimization of processes.

Personal skills
Solid understanding of accounting principles, audit and oversight duties. Advanced IT user of Microsoft Office tools (excel, word...).
