Description
The Allrounder - Wealth Management Assistant will play an important role in supporting various WM teams within our Zurich office. This role is designed to provide essential assistance during periods of increased workload or staff absences, including maternity leave and illness. We are seeking an individual with relevant WM Assistant experience who is willing to assist across different WM teams and markets. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain insights into different WM markets and enhance your networking skills by working closely with various WM teams, stakeholders, and Relationship Managers.
Mission
Assist Relationship Managers in opening new relationships and serving clients, in compliance with the bank’s internal regulations and guidelines.
Main responsibilities
- Prepare the necessary documentation for client meetings and business trips for the relationship manager
- Handle and monitor stock exchange orders, forex transactions, fiduciary relationships, loans, payment orders and credit card applications
- Cash management
- Assist in AML clarifications and prepare clients KYC and related updates
- Provide administrative support to the team head and relationship managers
- Direct interaction with clients by phone, e-mail and, occasionally in meetings
- Prepare and monitor account openings, closings and mutations
- Maintain records in compliance with internal and external regulation (for example: portfolio reviews, AML, KYC, etc.)
- Various administrative tasks (for example: preparing presentations, travel arrangements, support clients with various requests, banking and non-banking, etc.)
Deputy of other assistants if needed
This is a 100% role located in Zurich.

Personal skills
Education
- Education: Diploma
- Certification: Degree/Diploma in a related field (banking apprenticeship, CYP, or similar)
- Technical skills: Microsoft Office
Experience
- Years of experience: 3-7 : intermediate
- Experience required:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Relationship Manager Assistant in banking, finance, or a related industry
- Strong banking knowledge (CYP, CWMA, CFA, etc.)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English and German, knowledge of French is considered an asset
- Experience in private banking: Mandatory
