Introduction

In recent years, UBP has successfully laid solid business foundations in Zurich so that we could work with German institutional clients. In an effort to grow this client base, UBP has opened a branch of UBP Asset Management (Europe) S.A in Frankfurt am Main. Located at the heart of the most important financial hub in continental Europe, our Frankfurt office aims to meet the high standards of product and service quality expected by our clients and prospects in Germany. UBP Asset Management (Europe) S.A. is a UCITS management company and alternative investment fund manager; it is supervised by the Luxembourg regulator, the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF).

Activities

UBP’s Frankfurt office is dedicated to institutional investors, including insurance companies, pension funds, corporates, family offices and fund distributors. In an ever-changing and increasingly complex and demanding market environment, we provide our clients with flexible and innovative solutions to help them reach their investment goals.

UBP Frankfurt promotes a select offering of actively managed strategies in both the long-only and alternative spaces. Our solutions are available as collective investment vehicles or bespoke mandates.

Focus

UBP’s focus is on strategic and niche investment themes, reflecting its drive to create innovative, high-return and risk-controlled solutions such as convertible bonds, alternative UCITS, select equity strategies, and emerging market and global high-yield bonds, to name a few. For many years now we have also been continuously expanding our range of responsible investment products, as well as developing a unique franchise in the field of impact investing.

Most UBP strategies are managed in-house, while external portfolio managers and partnerships are brought on board when they show unmatchable long-term qualities.
