Introduction

Union Bancaire Privée Asset Management (Bermuda) Limited is an exempted company incorporated in, and existing under the laws of, Bermuda. It was established in February 1994 and is licensed by the Bermuda Monetary Authority under the Investment Business Act 2003.

Activities

Union Bancaire Privée Asset Management (Bermuda) Limited provides management and middle-office services and arranges for the provision of secretarial services to mutual funds and investment companies residing outside Bermuda and to investment companies residing in Bermuda as may be permitted by the Minister of Finance of Bermuda.
