Ian Cramb joined UBP in November 2009 as Group Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Member of the Executive Committee. He also serves as interim Group Head of Risk.

Before joining UBP, Ian was EMEA Consumer COO with Citigroup. During his career with Citigroup, where he started working in 1992, he held several high-level positions, including Risk Manager, Head of Human Relations, Chief of Staff and COO.

Ian holds a modern languages degree from Durham University.
