李凯琳自 2024 年 8 月起担任瑞联银行北亚区主管和香港首席执行总监，驻于香港，负责推动集团的北亚区业务，包括在中国内地、香港、台湾和菲律宾市场的发展策略。
李凯琳在财富管理行业拥有逾 20 年的深厚资历，在亚洲拓展业务实绩卓越，过去曾于不同主要机构担任高层职位。在加盟前，李凯琳效力于新加坡银行（Bank of Singapore），并于担任大中华区主管期间，富有成效地拓展该行在区内的业务，其后获委任为大中华区副主席。至于在早年，李凯琳出任的要职包括渣打银行（Standard Chartered）中国区客户关系管理主管，以及荷银私人银行（ABN Amro Private Bank）团队主管。
李凯琳获澳大利亚悉尼科技大学（University of Technology Sydney）授予商业学士学位。
