Monica 为资深金融服务从业员，在银行与财富管理业拥有逾 20 年经验。在出任现职之前，她自 2013 年加入瑞联银行以来，担任过不同的领导工作，包括为瑞士和国际客户督导外部资产管理公司（EAM）市场，以及领导革新计划。在加盟前，Monica 为汇丰私人银行（HSBC Private Bank）负责瑞士外部资资产管理公司服务。在从业之初，她效力于花旗私人银行（Citigroup Private Bank），负责西班牙市场的客户关系管理。
