Bernard Schuster joined UBP’s Wealth Management division in 2011 as Head of Products & Solutions before taking over the Group Communications division in 2015. He also oversees the Bank’s sustainability strategy and roadmap implementation across the Group.
Bernard has extensive experience in wealth and asset management, having spent over 30 years in an international financial environment. Before joining UBP, he worked for several large banking institutions in Europe, including CIC, Citigroup and BNP Paribas Wealth Management. After starting his career as Private Banker, he joined Citigroup in Paris as Branch Manager before becoming Head of Sales and Marketing for Citi IPB. In 2004, he moved to BNP Paribas Wealth Management in Geneva where he was the Head of Marketing and Product Engineering in charge of Investment Sales & Advisory Services, then took over a global role as Group Head of Business Development.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Analysis from ITB Paris and a Master’s in Banking Strategy, Marketing and Asset Management (CESB) from Conservatoire national des arts et métiers (CNAM) Paris.
