Adrian 于 2018 年加入瑞联银行，出任苏黎世分行的驻行经理，并兼任财富管理部的北欧地区主管，其后再于2020 年 8 月获委任为欧洲市场财富管理主管，主要任务是进一步拓展集团在欧洲的业务版图，并制订财富管理策略和推动在该区的增长。
在加盟前，Adrian 为 Notenstein La Roche 首席执行官 6 年，而在此前效力于 Wegelin & Co. Private Bankers 逾 10年，出任投资办公室主管，再成为瑞士西部地区主管，而在过去亦曾于高盛（Goldman Sachs）投资银行部任职。
Adrian 获瑞士圣加仑大学（University of St. Gallen）授予经济与工商管理硕士以及博士学位，以及获英国剑桥大学授予管理学硕士学位。
