Business Programme Management Office


Mission

As part of the Business Management Programme Office, the role will be responsible to lead project portfolios and/or single projects. The projects scopes will be cross functional, with a focus on Compliance, Operations and Front Office.


Main responsibilities

Project launch :

  • Define clear scope
  • Forecast ex-ante project delivery benefits and ROI
  • Stakeholders mapping and management, project communication approach and overall project governance model
  • Maintenance of efficient and positive relationships with all stakeholders
  • Identify and measure project risks
  • Oversee the budgeting process
  • Resources planning and management
  • Build and maintain KPIs and KRIs

Project management:

  • Assess and document project change requests for Steering Committee review
  • Prevent deviation of projects from initial target and scope
  • Reassess needs and targets (resources, goal, stakeholders)
  • Ensure stakeholders and sponsors involvement and commitment throughout life of the projects
  • Publish project reporting destined for upper management and Executive, with  a risk-based approach
  • Identify and report project conflicts
  • Ensure that the project budget is tracked, regularly maintained and exceptions are escalated
  • Oversee the development and then implementation of the new Target Operating Model

Project closure: 

  • Measure and publish ex-post benefits and ROI
  • Ensure alignment with initial requirements and document scope changes
  • Gather sign off and buy in from customers
  • Collect and formulate lessons learned among all stakeholders, ensure application for next projects

Education

  • Education: Master Degree
  • Certification: PMI or other
  • IT Tools: MS Project, excellent use of MS Office suite

Experience

  • Years of experience: +10 : senior
  • Experience in private banking: Preferred

Language

  • English: Fluent
  • French: Advanced
