Mission
Maintaining and updating financial instruments in the bank Centralized Instrument Database
Main responsibilities
- Opening and updating financial instruments
- Receipt of requests for opening instruments from all business units, Private Banking, Asset Management, Treasury & Trading
- Analysis and research of additional information (prospectus, offering documents, term sheets, data providers)
- Opening instruments into Central Instrument Database either manually or automatically via providers
- Entering additional information into Instruments Database
- Prices and NAV updating either manually or automatically via providers
- Performing controls to ensure quality of data

Education
- Education: Master Degree
Experience
- Years of experience: 3-7 : intermediate
- Experience required: Knowledge of systems providers (Telekurs, Bloomberg, Reuters) Knowledge of financial instruments and markets Banking, fiduciary or economic training Ability to work individually or within a team MS Office (xsl, Access, VBA), banking software
- Experience in private banking: Mandatory
