Description
The Bank’s Operations are managed by COO Division and are headed by the Chief Operating Officer. It strives to provide both in-house and external clients with a first-rate service to ensure our business operates efficiently and at the best possible cost. The COO division comprises of Operations, Finance, Information Management, Human Resources and Logistics. COO employees are committed to providing, with professionalism and enthusiasm, an efficient, proactive, high- quality service that meets the needs of clients within the context of the Bank’s overall strategy.
Mission
Answer questions regarding positions and securities transactions carried out by Operations to front office colleagues. Performing internal controls for predefined transactions.
Main responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for operational matters on securities and funds, such as:
- Income payments
- Corporate action events and bookings (mandatory and voluntary) on all types of products
- Securities transfers (internal, external)
- Funds trading
- Trade commission adjustments
- Historical positions clarification
- Capital calls
- Contact with front office colleagues in relation to questions/issues raised and provide answers within SLA.
- Liaise with internal departments and custodians as needed for case resolution.
- Perform cross-border and mutual fund transfers/alignments.
- Handle Swiss nominative shares (de)registration.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly controls and breaks reconciliation/resolution.

- Education: Bachelor Degree
- Certification: Diploma in Finance or Economy
- IT Tools: Excel
Experience
- Years of experience: 3-7 : intermediate
- Experience in private banking: Mandatory
