Challenges
Assist the relationship manager in opening new relationships and serving clients, in compliance with the bank’s internal regulations and guidelines.
Main responsibilities
- Preparing the necessary documentation for client meetings and business trips of the relationship manager(s)
- Handling and monitoring stock exchange orders, forex transactions, fiduciary relationships, loans, payment orders and credit card applications
- Cash management
- Assist in AML clarifications and preparing clients KYC and related updates
- Interacting directly with clients by phone, e-mail and, occasionally in meetings
- Preparing and monitoring account openings, closings and mutations
- Maintaining records in compliance with internal and external regulation (e.g., of client instructions, portfolio reviews, AML, KYC, etc.)
- Various administrative tasks (e.g. preparing presentations, travel arrangements, helping clients with any requests, banking and non-banking)
- Deputy of other assistants if needed

High School/ Maturité / Baccalauréat

Banking apprenticeship, CYP, internship or similar
