Description
The Bank’s entire operations are managed by COO Division and are headed up by the Chief Operating Officer. It strives to provide both in-house and external clients with a first-rate service to ensure our business operates efficiently and at the best possible cost. The COO division comprises Operations, Finance, Information Management, Human Resources and Logistics. Mission
Responsible for the quality of the portfolio management service provided by the bank’s systems to its users and clients, encompassing platform ownership and team management.

Main responsabilities
Strategy
Definition of multi-year priorities around Portfolio Management (PB, Advisory, DPM, EAM) in collaboration with WM IT functional lead, IT senior management and business functions
Ownership of Portfolio Management System (PMS) technology roadmap
Client / management facing
Business facing role: communication on overall PMS platform health, incidents and issues, improvements, projects in-flight. Maintenance of up-to-date priorities.
Support of WM IT functional lead and IT senior management in daily activities
Vendor management
Interaction with suppliers and software vendors (e.g. Temenos)
Monitoring of incidents and service requests
Monitoring of costs (e.g. licensing)
Team duties
Management of IT PMS team (priorities, capacity), administration (financials, allocations, holidays etc.) and growth (skillset, succession planning etc.)
Validation of solutions and cost estimates from the team
Point of escalation for interaction with other departments e.g. IBM clusters
Oversight of L2 activity (part of global L2 for PB applications) and overnight support
Participation to incident committees, Architecture meeting and other forums
Platform ownership
Prioritization of the delivery backlog: projects and maintenance/run
Oversight of obsolescence, security, cyber
Incident and support monitoring and KPI

Specific Competencies
Good understanding of Private Bank’s business processes and especially portfolio management (discretionary, advisory, execution only, external asset managers)
Experience with Portfolio Management systems; Temenos Wealth (Triple’A) is a plus
