Application Owner for Coupa, Augeo and MS Dynamics Navision

Main responsabilities

Product Owner (20%):

-  Collect business requirements for enhancements and bugs (product backlog)

-  Focus on optimizing product value and development work

-  Prioritize items in collaboration with stakeholders (mainly Finance, IT PMO and Procurement)

-  Responsible for the applications life cycle and strategy

-  Responsible for the maintenance of current version, application and database servers, and obsolescence management across all environments

-  Privileged contact for all questions related to the applications


Small IT request management (30%):

-  Accountable for the small IT request from inception to delivery

-  Responsible for the collection of business needs, solution design, estimations, progress and budget follow-up, testing and deployment

-  Ensure documentation is properly managed

-  Communicate regularly and efficiently to clients


Support Level I/II (30%):

-  Provide support Level I (basic resolution) / Level II (in-depth technical support) to end users worldwide

-  Manage support tickets

-  Responsible for addressing and managing Level III (requiring SME involvment) tickets with external consultants and SME of the applications

-  Document issue and resolution


Administration (10%):

- Configuration of applications

- Installation of new versions

- Control of data quality (data completeness and correctness)

- Responsible for data cleansing

- Responsible for maintaining segregation of duty

- Maintain monthly KPI for Coupa adoption


Client facing and management (10%):

- Business and IT interactions and meetings

- Support Functional lead when needed

- Training


  • Education: Master Degree


  • Years of experience: +10 : senior
  • Experience in private banking: Mandatory


  • English: Fluent

Personal skills

  • Swiss resident: Optional
