Reporting to the Head of the Internal Audit function of UBP Group. Planning, conducting coordinating, and supervising audit and special projects and ensuring that they are carried-out effectively and efficiently.
Plan, supervise and take part in audit and other special work
Develop and maintain good relationships with the head and key management personnel of the activity pillar they are responsible for
Make valid recommendations for organisational and internal controls improvements of the Bank’s units
Prepare Audit reports
Follow-up of Audit Recommendations until their implementation
Support and coaching auditors in their work
Make recommendations for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the audit process
Be responsible for the proper operation of the internal quality assessment review process of the function
Professional Audit/Accounting certifications are a plus but not a prerequisite (ACA, ACCA, Expert-Su
Knowledge of data analysis tools is a plus but not a prerequisite
Years of experience:
7-10 : senior
Eight to ten years of audit experience, preferably in Switzerland, either with a “big-four” or with a financial institution
Experience in private banking:
Integrity of character

Caring about peers and auditees - Written skills in preparing and delivering quality audit reports within firm deadlines
