CLIENT DOCUMENTATION SPECIALIST

Description

The Bank’s entire operations are managed by COO Division and are headed up by the Chief Operating Officer. It strives to provide both in-house and external clients with a first-rate service to ensure our business operates efficiently and at the best possible cost. The COO division comprises Operations, Finance, Information Management, Human Resources and Logistics. Mission

Be a support to the Wealth Management teams in providing them account documentation. Perform name search. Prepare Client visits and manage account closures. Manage Archives

Challenges

- Process info of deceased clients in the Client Documentation application (Blocking of account, Succession process) - Perform Name search - Manage Client visits, including preparation, amendments and finalization - Provide account documentation to the Wealth Management Departments and ensure on a timely manner, an irreproachable quality of work - Manage Account closures - Manage Bank's archives

Main responsabilities

Mission
Be a support to the Wealth Management teams in providing them account documentation. Prepare Client visits and manage account closures.
 
Main duties
- Process info of deceased clients in the Client Documentation application (Blocking of account, Succession process)
- Perform Name search
- Manage Client visits, including preparation, amendments and finalization
- Provide account documentation to the Wealth Management Departments and ensure on a timely manner, an irreproachable quality of work
- Manage Account closures
- Manage Bank's archives

Specific Competencies
- Previous experience of minimum 5 years experience in a central file environment
- Experience on Record Management
- Experience in Banking and Legal Documentation
- Project Management exposure in previous experiences (a plus)
 
Other Skills/Abilities
- French & English speaking (fluent)
- Other languages (a plus)

Education

  • Education: High School/ Maturité / Baccalauréat

Experience

  • Years of experience: 3-7 : intermediate
  • Experience in private banking: Mandatory

Language

  • French: Fluent
  • English: Fluent

Personal skills

  • Swiss resident: Mandatory

Team-player Proactive Able to prioritize
