Project Manager in Sales Management and Business Development - Temporary mission - 12 months


As it plays such a major part in our strategy, we are investing significantly in Wealth Management to fuel our growth, particularly in Europe (onshore), the Middle East, Eastern Europe, Latin America and Asia. We provide a complete range of private banking products and services, including a variety of investment management and advisory mandates, tailored to our clients's specific requirements, objectives and risk profiles. Among UBP professional partners, over 300 independent asset managers have chosen us as their custodian bank, valuing our personalised, flexible services and our transparent fee structure.


The candidate will support all activities related to the strategic projects and initiatives currently on-going namely, advisory and trade flow projects, client reporting, e-banking, CRM/Banker’s portal.


Be able to work in a multi-project and agile environment, with several changellenges in a rapiddly changing sector.

Main responsibilities

      Lead and/or support in the definition of business needs, business processes and requirements 

-          Lead the projects management tasks: reports and coordination

-          Validate functional requirements

-          Participate in UAT, training and roll-out

-          Support users in production and incorporate feedback in products roadmaps






  • Education: Master Degree
  • Certification: Master Degree, CFA level 1 or similar would be an asset
  • IT Tools: Knowledge of IT and agile development process, JIRA in particular, is a plus


  • Years of experience: 3-7 : intermediate
  • Experience required: 4-5 years of experience and knowledge of Wealth Management is a must Experience in project management and business analysis Experience in change management The candidate needs to have a solid exposure in the private banking environment by having managed strategic and operational projects, as well as a background in the regulatory and finance area
  • Experience in private banking: Mandatory


  • English: Fluent
  • French: Fluent
