Description

The Bank’s entire operations are managed by COO Division and are headed up by the Chief Operating Officer. It strives to provide both in-house and external clients with a first-rate service to ensure our business operates efficiently and at the best possible cost. The COO division comprises Operations, Finance, Information Management, Human Resources and Logistics. Mission

Handle all processes linked to the management of Incomes.


Main responsibilities

Perform income payments for all accounts of the Bank, ​ with associated controls:

  • Income Processing: Handle the processing of income-related transactions, including dividends, interest payments, and other income distributions received by the bank on behalf of its clients. Ensure accurate and timely processing of income payments in accordance with established procedures and regulations.
  • Reconciliation and Verification: Perform reconciliations and verifications of income-related transactions, ensuring that all income received is correctly allocated to client accounts. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or exceptions identified during the reconciliation process. Manage market claims and follow up with external brokers and counterparties.
  • Client Communication: Interact with Relationship Managers,  internal stakeholders, and external parties such as custodians, issuers, and agents to address inquiries and provide updates on income-related matters. Respond to queries promptly and professionally, maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Documentation and Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate and complete records of income-related transactions, and related documentation. Ensure proper documentation is maintained for audit and regulatory purposes.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on relevant regulations, industry practices, and internal policies related to income processing. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and risk management guidelines. Apply standard and local tax rules and perform operational follow up​. Manage Affidavits declaration with applicable depositaries for CH Funds held by CH residents.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the income processing. Collaborate with team members and management to implement changes that streamline operations and enhance service quality.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members within the Corporate Action Department and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination and collaboration. Support colleagues during peak periods and contribute to a positive team environment.
