Nadège Lesueur-Pène
Board Member
Nadège Lesueur-Pene joined UBP in 2015. Before being appointed Head of Wealth Management for Developing Markets Geneva & Europe in 2019, she was Region Head for Eastern Europe & Emerging Markets. Prior to that, she held several senior positions at BNP Paribas and HSBC.
Mohamed Abdellatif
Board Member
Mohamed Abdellatif joined UBP in 2012 from HSBC. An experienced private banker, he was initially Senior Executive Officer for UBP Middle East. In January 2024 he was appointed Co-Head of the Middle East and Africa Region. In this capacity he co-manages UBP’s Wealth Management activities in the MEA region together with Walid Shash, and is based between Geneva and Dubai.

Board Member
Walid Shash joined UBP in 2005. He is currently responsible, together with Mohamed Abdellatif, for the Wealth Management activities in the MEA region and is based in Geneva. Prior to that he held several senior positions at Dryden Wealth Management and Lehman Brothers International.

Before being appointed CEO & Head of Advisory of UBP KSA in June 2025, Mishal has held several senior positions at Alawwal Invest (Head of Asset Management) and most recently at Sidra Capital (Managing Director - Investment Placement Division). With more than 25 years of experience in Wealth Management and Asset Management, Mishal is responsible for developing the Saudi based activity UBP KSA. He holds a Bachelor of Economics and Administration from King Abdulaziz University.
