Learning & Development Officer

Place of Work:  Geneva

Mission: You will join the L&D team which focuses on identifying training needs and offering adequate development solutions to support business objectives across the organization.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Build and develop our e-learning platform offering.

Maintain and develop the L&D intranet site to ensure value proposition is clearly presented to employees and aligned to corporate requirements

Act as project coordinator for new L&D initiatives and online training solutions, ensuring involvement of relevant stakeholders (internal & external) and follow up until implementation.

Support the organization of internal training courses (logistics for training courses, preparation of materials etc…) and liaising with trainers & employees.

Coordinate and respond to Group and local reporting requests (audit, regulatory reporting…)

Prepare management reporting, updates and presentations as required by Group Head HR and Head of L&D

 

Education

Master’s degree (or qualification considered equivalent) in Human Resources or related field  

 

Experience

Approx. 5 years’ experience as Learning & Development Officer in the banking industry ideally

Proven project management skills

Strong IT skills and ability to understand and manage open source LMS platforms.

Strong analytical skills and ability to collect, manipulate, analyze and reconcile large volumes of data and reports. 

Experience in working in a multi-location/international environment.

Good knowledge of L&D suppliers and stakeholder management

 

Language

Proficient in both oral and written French and English

 

Personal skills
Ability to operate independently as well as within a team.

Outstanding planning and organizational skills
Service-oriented attitude
