Mission
Programme Manager to lead the current bank initiative arround Tokenization of specific financial instrument and Custody/Brokerage of crypto currencies
Challenges
Sound knowledge of financial instruments (AMC and PE) is a must
Sound knowledge of banking industry is a must
Understanding of blockchain, crypto currencies, tokenization and it's application in the banking industry is a must (incl. Custody, AML, technology, Accounting, etc..)
Main responsabilities
Programme Manager to lead the current bank initiative arround Tokenization of specific financial instrument and Custody/Brokerage of crypto currencies :
Single point of contact for the initiative
Animation of workshops, material reparation in conjunction of each business stream leaders.
Prepare RfP's for the different tech components and support in conductinging them until selection.
Create and follow implementation roadmap
Help in building the target operating model arround this new asset class
Help in defining the business assessment (business case, compliance, risk, legal, operations)
Support on the asset class assessment for the bank new business initiative / new product committee, animating workshops and Q&A-sessions on the specific elements associated with digital asset trading and custody, market structure / specifics
Overview of landscape and important consideration in storage solutions.
Settlement / operations
Overview of fiat and crypto transaction flows, including pre-funding and post trade settlement limits
Processes for reconciliation and settlement to external wallets
Integration preparation
Assess minimum IT integration need based on TOM
Responsible for the overall implementation
Define planning and dependecies for MVP and target solution
With the help of Compliance department assed topics related to compliance frameworks for digital assets, including transaction monitoring and use of blockchain forensics tools
Tokenisation
Requirements assessment, smart contracts guidelines, enabling execution of operations (e.g. corporate actions), etc..
