Business Analyst on the Digital Programme - Clients


Be able to work in a dynamic environment, for a highly-exposed project

Main responsabilities

Analysis of multiple topic related to digital world (e-Banking enhancement, regulatory topics, etc.)

Main contact with business stakeholders for specifications review & workshops

Main contact for the development team for specifications presentation & clarification

Specification writing

UX design (wireframe and/or final design)


  • Education: Bachelor Degree


  • Years of experience: 3-7 : intermediate
  • Experience in private banking: Mandatory


  • English: Fluent
  • French: Intermediate

Personal skills

  • Swiss resident: Optional

Autonomous Strong functional analysis, process definitions, documentation & formalisation skills Knowledge of Private Banking business Knowledge of Digital experience (web, mobile) Integrity of character Client oriented Discipline Able to take responsibility and initiatives Excellent oral and written communications skills in French Excellent oral and written communications skills in English Diplomatic Determination Constructive criticism (able to provide solutions to problems detected) Adaptable and open minded Team player
