Mission

The candidate will integrate the Electronic Mailing Team that is in charge of the client's mailing flow in the Bank, including scanning, verifying, recording and archiving.

Main responsabilities

The candidate will integrate the Electronic Mailing Team that is in charge of the client's mailing flow in the Bank, including scanning, verifying, recording and archiving.

In daily contact with Bankers and Assistants, the candidate will also be in charge of verifying clients signatures on their instructions.

 

Job Description:

To receive and digitize incoming mails to the attention of Bankers

To verify the signature on mails and instructions received from clients

To capture and register clients accounts' documentation received from the Bankers

To reconcile and update scanning activity monitoring

Manage these documents internally

To digitize client account documentation received after processing

 

Competencies

Polyvalent, flexible and dynamic

Client service oriented

Previous experience of minimum 5 years in a central file environment

Seek opportunities for improvement

Excellent communication skills, open and transparent communication

Excellent management of priorities

Risk awareness

At ease in French and English, other langagues a plus (GER, ITA, SPA)

Education

  • Education: High School/ Maturité / Baccalauréat

Experience

  • Years of experience: 3-7 : intermediate
  • Experience required: Central File
  • Experience in private banking: Mandatory

Language

  • English: Advanced
  • German: Basic

Personal skills

  • Swiss resident: Mandatory
