The Bank’s entire operations are managed by COO Division and are headed up by the Chief Operating Officer. It strives to provide both in-house and external clients with a first-rate service to ensure our business operates efficiently and at the best possible cost. The COO division comprises Operations, Finance, Information Management, Human Resources and Logistics. As an HR Intern, you will support mainly the local HR WM Business Partner for all worldwide needs in the daily activities. According to the workload, you will support other HR departments / HR BPs in different topics on specific projects.

Main responsabilities

Liaising with HR Business Partners, internal managers and the HR team, the HR Intern will manage the administrative activites of the departement, in particular:

.- Initiate and follow up activities along the Manager activities such as core leave process, performance review, training plannings, etc.

- Follow up HR Process (holiday, performance review, etc..)

- Provide administrative support within the different HR Processes

- Other coming up activities



  • Education: Bachelor Degree
  • Technical skills: Excel


  • Years of experience: 0-3 : beginner
  • Experience required: Bachelor or master's degree in business administration, focus on Human Resources
  • Experience in private banking: Optional


  • English: Fluent
  • French: Fluent
  • Italian: Intermediate

Personal skills

  • Swiss resident: Mandatory

Good analytical skills and a continuous improvement mindset - Strong communication skills - Services oriented - Rigorous - Autonomous.
