Description

Mission

Managing UBP’s image and reputation. Positioning UBP as a key player in Wealth Management and Asset Management. Build strong employer branding. Promote Bank’s expertise internally and externally.

Challenges

Ensure a consistently high service performance is delivered.

Main responsabilities

  • Managing media relations with key Swiss German financial publications (identify media opportunities, interview organization and follow-up, etc.)
  • Managing and coordinating awards submission process for EMEA
  • Organising and managing local staff and client events/webinars
  • Creating and editing internal communication in English
  • Production of data and metrics reports of various activities

 

Contribution:

  • Supporting organisation of global client events/ webinars
  • Intranet contributions and website updates
  • Contribution to digital marketing initiatives
  • Supporting and maintaining investment publications and suite of marketing collateral
  • Assisting the team with bigger events and projects
  • Providing administrative support (invoice management, etc.)

Education

  • Education: CFC

Experience

  • Years of experience: 3-7 : intermediate
  • Experience required: Experience in project & event management, Good knowledge of Swiss German media landscape is a must, Network of Zurich-based journalists would be a big asset
  • Experience in private banking: Optional

Language

  • English: Fluent
  • German: Fluent

Personal skills

  • Swiss resident: Mandatory

• Fluency in French would be an advantage • Excellent organisational and coordination skills • Strong communication / interaction skills (team player) • Ability to work under pressure • Highly motivated and good sense of responsibility • Structured, efficient, reliable and proactive way of working
