Description

The Bank’s entire operations are managed by COO Division and are headed up by the Chief Operating Officer. Main responsabilities

QA reporting , coordination & process improvement

Reporting

Bank releases reporting :

- Reporting to QA management

Reporting to Release management

Preparing and participating in release management committee

Coordination

- Bank release(s) coordination
- Manage QA release stand-ups and status coordination with QA
- Ensure exit reports are provided to release management

Process improvement

KPIs reporting to QA management
QA Dashboards
 
 
 

Education

  • Education: Bachelor Degree

Experience

  • Years of experience: 0-3 : beginner
  • Experience required: 1-3  experience in banking area Excellent reporting skills Acquainted with QA & RM basic process Acquainted with QA basic methodologies (KPIs, reporting dashboards, etc..)
  • Experience in private banking: Mandatory

Language

  • English: Fluent
  • French: Fluent

Personal skills

  • Swiss resident: Optional

Excellent coordination and communication skills Proactive and project oriented
